Located in New Orleans, LA adjacent to the Mississippi River, this daycare center serves the families of the local Corps of Engineers employees. A turnkey permanent modular building project, the facility has a poured concrete floor, grade level entries, architectural metal siding, and extensive site improvements including a playground.

In order to expand the Arlington, TX ISD’s full-day kindergarten program, Ramtech was able to provide 117 permanent modular classrooms across 37 separate campus locations in less than 15 months. Each building was designed to integrate with the existing architecture, including grade level entries with covered walkways to the main structure.

Located at the China Lake Naval Air Station in China Lake, CA this 25,000 sq. ft. permanent modular building provides Pre-K and older daycare for military and civilian personnel. The building has a site-applied stucco exterior, and was designed utilizing non-loaded corridors, and a mist cooling system in the courtyards and play areas.

When Houston-area Alief I.S.D. required additional permanent classroom space for both their full-day kindergarten program and intermediate schools, Ramtech was able to meet their needs with our Slab-on-grade Permanent Modular Construction method. Over 124,000 square feet was manufactured, installed, and finished-out at 13 separate locations, all within nine months. Each free-standing building was designed to blend in with the existing school architecture, integrated covered walkways to the main structure, and employed sophisticated rooftop HVAC systems to handle the area’s high humidity.

As part of a massive renovation project, Dillard University in New Orleans, LA looked to Ramtech to satisfy an urgent need for a portable modular building to provide for dormitory and student living space. Three buildings were provided, incorporating semi-private suites with adjoining restrooms, study areas, kitchen, laundry, and student lounges.

The Rice, TX ISD required additional classroom and auxiliary space at its joint junior/senior high school. Ramtech provided two separate classroom wings designed to architecturally blend in with the existing structure. The project provided for additional locker space in the corridors, and ten classrooms including an art curriculum room and an in-school suspension room. |

The Tolar, TX ISD required a ten classroom addition to one of their elementary schools. Ramtech provided, through the Texas Assoc. of School Boards BuyBoard program, one of our pre-designed PermaClass floorless modular buildings. A modular structure placed on a concrete slab foundation, the facility is fabricated using steel frame construction, and incorporates an exterior finish with the same stone exterior as the other buildings on the campus. |
