Ramtech also has the ability to combine our slab-on-grade Accelerated Building System permanent modular construction approach with site-construction alternatives such as pre-engineered steel building systems or concrete-tilt wall. This hybrid construction approach provides the ability to meet requirements that cannot be met by using prefabricated modular buildings alone. These include facilities which require spans beyond 80 feet, heavy internal structural loading, the ability to meet certain types of fire ratings, and large eve heights with more architecturally diverse exterior elevations.
