Although we have the capability of servicing clients nationally and internationally, for education we focus exclusively on projects in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Kansas.

Ramtech's design services provide for building design in each of the markets and geographic areas that we serve. Every Ramtech project is designed by our team of engineers, designers, and design consultants. We understand national, state and local code requirements, ADA compliance issues, and environmental regulations. Our design-specialists are educated on current design trends, and use the latest computer-aided design technologies.

Our temporary or portable modular buildings are designed to be cost effective solutions to interim use applications. With our RT-series of portable double-classrooms, we also carry an extensive inventory of buildings for purchase or lease. Whether purchased or leased, portable/temporarymodular they can also be easily relocated depending on the requirement.

Yes. Modular refers to an innovative building construction method. Using advanced in-plant construction techniques, we manufacture the walls, floors and other sections of a building while the foundation and utilities are being installed on the building site. This dual-track or simultaneous construction provides for a significant reduction in construction time, and often translates into a significant cost savings.

Portable modular buildings, especially those for temporary or interim use, are significantly less expensive than permanent site-built structures. However, the difference in cost is not as easily differentiated when comparing a permanent modular building and a site-built building. But with Ramtech’s permanent Floorless Modular Building system, we can save you money. We do this by eliminating the lengthy design process, and by using a simultaneous construction track that minimizes the overall construction time-frame. This process combines the speed and efficiency of modular construction with the quality and aesthetic appearance of permanent site construction.

The installation of every construction project is coordinated by a Ramtech project manager and on-site project superintendent committed to seeing that each phase of your project is seamlessly connected to the next, and completed to your satisfaction. Our project managers and on-site superintendents have extensive experience coordinating all field activities through the direct daily communication with the client and our subcontractors. This hands-on attention to detail makes the difference in your building experience by maximizing the project flow while minimizing conflicts, project delays, and cost overruns.

With Ramtech's Floorless Modular Construction method, a concrete slab/floor is poured while the building structure is assembled in our manufacturing plant. The individual units are then transported to the construction site and installed directly onto the concrete slab. The slab acts as the floor substrate just like in traditional site construction. This eliminates the use of plywood or poured-in-place floors on elevated foundations associated with other forms of permanent modular construction. No other modular building provider in the Southwest can provide this form of permanent modular construction.

Yes. If you are a public entity there's no need to go through a lengthy and complicated bidding process. You can solve your portable and permanent space problems and facility needs by utilizing our vendor status with either the Texas Association of School Boards’ BuyBoard program or the Texas Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS).

Yes. The Floorless Modular Building is available in a number of customizable configurations through both the BuyBoard and TIPS programs.
